Character Creation (3 sub-boards) Here is where you may create your character! Using the template provided, you can fill out a detailed profile about the character you wish to roleplay as. All custom jutsu, weapons, clans et cetera must be pre-approved. If you are required to edit or change something, please do so without complaint, as our staff will only ask you to edit if you do not meet requireents, or to restore fairness.
Character Graveyard Characters who have died within this roleplay do not have their profile deleted - instead, it is moved here. Once a character is dead, they are unplayable, unless through powerful jutsu and sacrifices they are brought back to life, but this does in fact require staff permission. Think seriously before deciding to kill off a character!

Konohagakure no Sato (7 sub-boards) Konohagakure no Sato, literally "Village Hidden Among Leaves", is the largest and most powerful of all the five villages. Ruled by the Hokage, the military force of Konoha is something to be wreckoned with. However, there have been leaks in security lately - could the Leave's influence be dwindling? Konoha experiences bright, sunny weather nearly all year around, with blustering breezes and some light snow in winter. It is an honourable and peaceful nation despite being in the center of a cut-throat world of ninja. Thick forests line it's borders, and in the background of the village is it's biggest attraction. Carved into the face of a large amount that overlooks the village, th features of past Hokages are carved into it's rocky surface, earning it's name "Hokage Stone".
Kirigakure no Sato (6 sub-boards) Kirigakure no Sato, literally "Village Hidden in Mist" is a far cry from it's 'Bloody Mist' days. The Land of Water has many islands that make up the whole country, and located on the largest island, Kiri prospers under the guidance of the Mizukage. The barbaric Genin graduation exam thay earned Kiri the title of 'Bloody Mist Village' is now but a piece of history, but rich, conniving landlords have abruptly called for the brutal procedure to be brought back. With lords and ladies threatening to take their business elsewhere, unless the old graduation tradition is re-instated, it is unknown whether the Mizukage will cave in under the stress placed on the village's economy.
Sunagakure no Sato (6 sub-boards) Sungakure no Sato, literally "Village Hidden in Sand", is nestled among the desolate sand dunes of the Land of Wind, located alongside a large reservoir of water. It has maintained strong ties with Konoha, but are currently in a dispute with Kumogakure, and have reason enough to believe that their reservoirs could be contamited by their shinobi. A war is expected to break out, and the barren landscape of Sungakure could soon be stained with the blood of allies and enemies alike. Suna has now requested aid from Konoha to help with its water crisis, but the Leaf cannot do much for Suna. The Kazekage is trying to approach the situation logically, but some fear a battle is inevitable.
Kumogakure no Sato (5 sub-boards) Kumogakure, literally 'Village Hidden in Clouds', has kept its secrets successfully under lock and key ever since it was first established by the First Raikage. As such, other shinobi countries know very little about the village. Located at the top of a mountain that's peak is instead a crater, there are both walkways on the ground and in the air! Kumo has very updated technology, more so than any other of the five great nations, but keeps its advances secret. The shinobi of Kumo are furious with Sunagakure, whom they have reason to believe that one of their ninja has stolen a scroll containing detailed information on military technology.
Iwagakure no Sato (5 sub-boards) Iwagakure, literally 'Village Hidden in Rock', is nearly as secretive as Kumogakure, of whom they share a small peace treaty with. The Tsuchikage oversees his prospering village, of which is protected by a half-dome of rocks surrounding the village's entire perimeter. Unfortunately, the huge rock-wall is prone to landslides, and although rare, even minor earthquakes can reak under mayhem on Iwa, burying half the town beneath rubble within minutes. This is why the shinobi of Iwa keep a vigilant eye out not only for enemies, but natural disasters too. Intruders beware, for Iwa shinobi can trigger their own rockslides as a defence!
Otogakure no Sato Otogakure no Sato, literally, "The Village Hidden in Sound", is now but a wasteland of rubble and the occasional surviving ricefields. Under Sasuke's reign, he had made it the unoffial sixth addition to the Five Great Nations, but after his death the society merely crumbled away, and farmers fled from the place where evil had ruled for so long. There are very few inhabitants who remain in Oto, and the land once known for its thriving fields of rice is nearly void of human life. Now-adays, it is a place that is filled with memories of two tyrannical rulers, and the buildings that had been lost nearly a hundred years ago; some say the spirit of its old ruler, Sasuke Uchiha, haunt the grounds.
Takigakure no Sato Takigakure no Sato, literally "The Village Hidden in a Waterfall" is, as it's name implies, is built behind a waterfall for protection, as the village has very few strong shinobi beacuse it is so small. A huge tree flourishes in the village, and every one hundred years the mysterious "Hero Water" is extracted from the great tree. Although they do not have a Kage, they have their "Hero of the Hidden Falls", who protects the village and the water with their life.
Amegakure no Sato Amegakure no Sato, literally "The Village Hidden in Rain", is a highly-industrialized village that has in the past been given a bad name by all the missing ninja that had come from the small nation - namely the Akatsuki's Pein and Konan. In the past, it was a loose, destabilized country, but order has been restored to the village. The village earns its name by the near-constant rain and sleet that plague the nation, with conditions very similiar to Kirigakure. Amegakure is now a peaceful nation who does its best to stay out of ninja politics.
Kusagakure no Sato Kusagakure no Sato, literally "The Village Hidden in Grass", is a small village of which not much is known of. Many of the shinobi who originate from Kusa use flora or fauna orientated jutsu, and plenty of both is found about the nation. Kusa shinobi tend to have a nasty streak, but several strong ninja have been born into the lesser shinobi country. Lush, seemingly endless fields of grass surround the village, with towering trees acting as a wall at the enterance.
» Unclaimed Territory {against all odds, I will conquer}
Hakumei Jungle Situated on the unclaimed land between Konohagakure, Kusagakure and Takigakure, Hakumei is a small, but dense jungle that is but a maze of tall trees and vines, an inescapable prison to those who do not know how to navigate their way out of the depths. It is so named, because whatever the time it is outside of the world of tangled foliage and rotting wood, it always seems like it is twilight. It is hard to get one's bearings in Hakumei, and strange creatures lurk in the shadows after nightfall - if you can even tell when that is. It is a well-known hide-out for Missing Ninja, but not many dare go into the forest to retrieve them, for fear of getting lost... or worse.
Cave of Origin The Cave of Origin is a cave located half-way between Iwagakure and Sunagakure, which is said to house awesome power. Local legends have existed for many a generation, that the cave was where the first shinobi was born, and will either bless or curse a ninja who steps foot in the grotto. The cave is deep, going underground even, and is home to many bats and creepy-crawlies. No one is sure if the legends are true or not, but as of late noise seems to have been emitted from the cage. Is the cave really mystical, or is this the doing of something far more sinister?

Shimokiba Mountain Shimokiba Mountain, "Frostfang Mountain", may be just a tad small in comparison to larger mountains, but it's weather is among the most extreme. Just outside the borders of Kumogakure, and caught between Lightning and the ruins of Sound, it presents a seemingly unachievable challenge - to climb to the top. Shimokiba is quick to sink its teeth into conquerers, with blinding blizzards, a steep climb, and freezing temperatures. Training to the excess, there are those who brave such conditions to clamber to the top and look down on the world.
